Gulf Cranes proudly manufactures all crane components in-house at our advanced 30,000 sqm facility in Doha. As part of Abu Adel Engineering & Mechanical Services, we leverage decades of fabrication experience to produce world-class lifting systems that meet international standards.

Our facility is equipped with modern machinery including CNC cutting, milling, drilling, lathes, and welding stations. We fabricate all major crane parts—girders, hoists, end carriages, panels, hook assemblies, and rope guides—using high-grade steel and skilled manpower.

Strict quality control is applied at every stage: from raw material inspection and welding by WPS-certified professionals to dimensional checks and finishing. Our panel division assembles electrical control systems, integrating PLC logic, soft-start inverters, and IP-rated components.

The in-house model ensures better delivery timelines, complete control over production quality, and flexibility to accommodate urgent or custom orders. Each component is tested prior to assembly and again after installation to ensure structural integrity and performance.
