End Carriages are critical components of any overhead crane system, supporting the girders and enabling smooth horizontal movement along the crane runway. At Gulf Cranes, our end carriages are designed using SolidWorks and comply with DIN EN ISO and FEM standards to ensure precision and structural integrity.

Fabricated from high-strength S275JR and S355JR steel, these carriages are equipped with hub-driven wheels for efficient motion and durability under load. Each carriage is engineered with fixed and movable bearing combinations for optimal balance and reduced wear, even under continuous operation.

All fabrication and machining are completed in-house at our facility, with precise boring, wheel alignment, and brass bearing cages that extend operational life. These end carriages are suitable for single and double girder cranes alike.

They include mechanical limit switches, overload protections, and alignment mechanisms to ensure safety and reduce crane rail wear. Customizable options are available for wheel diameter, load capacity, and connection type to match your crane specifications.
